All of our family members take part in the different stages of the making of our beer. The “Ottignies” is entirely hand made from the crushing of the malt until the capping of the bottles.
Located in the heart of Walloon Brabant, more precisely in Ottignies; our family brewery has been incorporated in the old stables of our farmhouse.

Our young craft brewery created in 2018 is in line with the past traditional brewing techniques.
After a 6 weeks cycles, the aromas and taste of our beer have reached maturity. This slow process is a guarantee to our quality and it gives birth to the soul and the identity of our beer. The “Ottignies” has a specific feature to be slightly bitter and perfectly fresh. This first beer is blond with high fermentation with a 5,5° alcohol.
Since early 2019, Botroul has come out of our tanks. This amber beer is surprising thanks to its lack of heaviness, its pleasurable lightness is however treacherous because it holds 7.5 degrees.
