History:
Since 2001, the brewery Les Freres Brasseurs has produced traditional beers, far from transient and artificial fashions.
It was in 1975 that the last Toulouse brewery closed its doors after having been founded and run by a dynasty of great Alsatian brewers: the Haffner family, established in Toulouse and Luchon since 1872. In 2002, Georges Haffner, the last Luchonnais brewer, met Alain Cayuela and started brewing together this 100% Toulouse recipe, our Tolosa amber beer, based on the recipe from 1872 and all the experience of his family.
Since then, they have developed a white and brown beer, in the addiction to the blonde one.
Why Les Frères Brasseurs?
The rigorous selection of raw materials, the respect for the old methods of brewing – associated with a meticulous and uncompromising choice in the brewing, fermentation, aging and filtration equipment, allow the brewery to reach a level of quality very high. The beers are not pasteurized to give the authentic taste of an artisanal product.
The long experience also leads them to brew exclusive recipes on behalf of third parties (bars, drink distributors and other professionals).
